At Milano Unica, the TRICK project was highlighted for its role in advancing traceability using blockchain technology.
Intexter UPC discussed the challenges and advances in traceability within the textile industry. Their insights emphasized the necessity of a standardized platform to support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in complying with regulations and enhancing transparency.
The prestigious event brought together around 400 industry professionals and welcomed TRICK to showcase its innovative approach to Ecodesign and Digital Product Passport (DPP). The presentations highlighted the project's focus on traceability and circularity, fostering industry-wide discussions on sustainable practices.
ECOMONDO is the reference event in Europe for the ecological transition and the new models of circular and regenerative economy gathering more than 110,000 attendees in the last edition. It provided a platform for TRICK partners to disseminate project advancements. Workshops and presentations covered various aspects like the Digital Product Passport and the project's approach towards sustainability and circularity in the textile sector.
With 27 EU-funded member projects and over 200 partner organizations focusing on textile sustainability, ECOSYSTEX aims to accelerate collaboration in the textile sustainability and circularity fields. The event featured workshops and talks that fostered engagement among a diverse, multicultural audience. This gathering successfully brought together 100 participants from 16 different EU countries, facilitating rich, cross-cultural dialogue and collaboration.
